And most of those that are out there only pay you when you first make a sale. Which is why I got excited when I discovered Matt Clarkson's meditation affiliate program. Once someone clicks through on one of your links to Matt's program, they are yours for life. Even if they don't buy there and then. And face it, most normal people don't buy the first time they click through to a page. As soon as someone clicks your affiliate link, they're greeted by Matt's reassuring voice. As well as the sales copy, they're also given an email opt-in box so that their name and address is captured and they are then your "customer" (even though they may not have bought anything yet). Currently, 23.9% of the people that click on one of my ads completes the name and email address box. Of course, you'll get different figures for this, but I know from personally talking to Matt that my figures are pretty typical. The other box on Matt's puchase page is a one month trial subscription to his brand new Secrets of Meditation monthly membership site. In tests, 8 out of 10 people are taking out the trial subscription (yeah I know this sounds like a pet food commercial. Sorry!). Once their first month is up, they're automatically enrolled into the monthly program until they say 'stop'. Which means you'll automatically get 30% of their subscription fee. Month after month after month until they stop. So your first $11.70 profit becomes a recurring $4.49 profit per subscriber each and every month. Without you having to lift a finger! And I'll also get 10% of any sales you make. Yup, Matt's commission scheme is two tiered. Which means anyone who signs up below me makes me money. Same goes for you. So not only do you make money when you sell to customers, you'll also make money on any customers who sign up underneath you. For life. Every time they make a sale! Of course, any promotion you do must be ethical. Especially as we're dealing with a meditation product. Because as you doubtless know, what you give out to the universe you get back 10 fold.
